Leo Kimmel was admitted to the New York Bar in 1966 and has been practicing in the criminal law area for 40 years. He is a former Assistant District Attorney, and was the Chief Investigator for the New York State Inspector General in the Welfare Division. He is also a former Administrative Law Judge for the City of New York, and has practiced in the criminal defense area since 1975. Mr. Kimmel is also admitted to practice in the Federal Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts, and has experience in the areas of criminal law below.
